The Trotyn Croft estate is owned and managed by Trotyn Croft Management (Bognor) Limited. Trotyn Croft Management is a non profit organisation: all Service Charges and Ground Rent collected by Trotyn Croft Management are used to pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the estate.
